We give utmost importance to the needs of our customers.  We never want them to be disappointed with any product so we always try our best to deliver it to them, right time and right way.

If for any reason any product is damaged or broken or the delivery time is lost, then we must replace or refund the product without any loss to the customer, but there are some conditions for this which are given below.

Replacement:

Always Aponponno provide best customer service each time you shop with your Aponponno. If you are not satisfied in your purchase, we ensure you ‘Product Replacement Guarantee’.

We must replace the customer's products if the customer does not receive the product as he purchased or ordered, for which another check must be made in front of the delivery man, which facilitates direct replacement and does not waste time.

If it is not possible to check the product in front of the delivery person or to check the order later, in case any problem is detected with the product, you must inform us within 48 hours by phone or through email or through message on our website and we will take the initiative to change it.  But no replacement will be accepted if the product is broken or damaged by the customer

Product replacement must retain the packaging and memo receipt that came with the product, damage to the product's outer package and memo will not be accepted.  Replacement will not be possible if the product is damaged due to short circuit or electrical problem or if it falls out of the customer's hands, etc. Replacement will not be made.

To return the product, the product must be couriered to our office, in which case the courier charge will be borne by the customer.

Special Note: If any product is damaged by the customer, there will be no opportunity for replacement of that product and if any electronic device or product is damaged due to short circuit, no change or refund of the product or product replacement is possible.

Refund

If an order for a product is canceled and the product has been paid for or the customer has paid online or through BKash, the money will be refunded within 15 days if no delivery is possible or if the product is out of stock.  gets out

If for any reason the product cannot reach the customer, then the value of the product will be returned to the customer.
